    CDC agent monitor with studio

    Hello,

I am not able to use the monitor option to a cdc agent using the studio. The version I am testing is 5.0, with version 4820 it worked fine. The error I get at the log files is:
    acxdisp.c (4015): ; Unauthorized access to NOS
    IRPC.C (1505): ; Client 192.168.205.4:1605 (id is 0) has disconnected
Is there any place where I should define the users authorized to access the NOS?

    Thanks

    Franco

Version 5.0's security has been tightened significantly. Some remote access paths to NOS were blocked since they where not safe. To answer your specific question, please tell what type of CDC solution are you using and what run-time perspective operation where you trying.

The solution is an Adabas CDC on Solairs. The operation I try is from the design perspective right click on the adabas agent and select the option MONITOR.

    Agent monitor

this is an unsupported feature and should not be used. It is a bug that it has been left in the Studio. We will take care of that.
