Getting NullPointerException while accessing Data using WebSphere Application Server

    Hi All,

I am getting below error while accessing data using WAS (WebSphere Application Server) on AIX. Optim Connect server is V5.3.3.5, IBM 32-bit. However if WAS is on Windows then it works.

    Hi Tulasi,

    Can you do:
    java -version
at the command prompt for both platforms.

Oracle [Sun], Java had some very strange problems between 1.6.0_25 - 1.6.0_29. I don't remember which was the worst offender, but starting at 1.6.0_30 it [Java] became stable once again.

Providing the version may give the support guys additional information to go on.

    Thanks,

    Kevin
