To investigate some issues, R&D may require ENSCRIBE data files from the customer, in order to reproduce the reported problem.

There are several methods to clone the ENSCRIBE FS:

Send the whole input file for the DLL and FUP for creating the files.
Use FUP INFO to get basic information about the file:

Use DDL to retrieve the information, run the following commands on the DLL dictionary subvolume:
> DDL DICTR - Open the Dictionary in read mode.
?ddl tempdef ! - Open the file for definitions output.
Output def * . - Produce def output.
?ddl temprec ! - Open the file for records output.
Output record *. - Produce all the records.
?noddl - Close the output file.
?fup tempfup ! - Open the file for FUP output.
Output record *. - Produce FUP output for records.
?nofup - Close the output.

The * (asterisks) can be replaced with unique record names and definitions that are included at the specific record; however, this may complicate the investigation as to which definition is included in the record definitions.
