Attunity driver only available with SQL Server 2014 Enterprise Edition?

    Hello

we are now on SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition and want to upgrade to SQL Server 2014

we have some SSIS Packages which transfer data from Oracle to SQL Server

do we really need the Enterprise Edition of SQL Server 2014 to do that?

We have installed SQL Server 2014 Standard Edtionen and did some tests - I worked there as well - but we read we need SQL Server Enterprise Edition
    is that true?

    Enterprise Edition Required

    Walpino,

Yes, Microsoft does require the Enterprise Edition in order to use Oracle CDC or the High Speed Oracle Connector (their requirement, not ours). Of course you can use the Developer Edition to test it out but once in production the Enterprise Edition is required.

    Thanks,

    Hi Dana
so in order to use THIS Driver
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/down....aspx?id=29283

    just to be sure

strange is that we have an SQL Server 2014 Standard Edtion installed and there it works as well - is this just a coincidence? or does it work , but is not allowed?
