    OpenVMS Migration - EXCEEDED quota

    Description
    Tips on accurately identifying the reason for an EXCEEDED quota error in Attunity logs on the OPENVMS platform.


    Solution

    1. Scenario that you can create dump file:
    • Create you application with enabling of process dump. Example for acms :acms/modify appl .
    • Set proc/id=pid/dump
    • Analyse/proc
    • Inside you can enter to sda system dump analyzer
    • Here you can find all current quotas and compare with defined.
    2. You can change code and analyze in conditional handle signal array each byte define special quota

    3. Your application failed you have no dump .

    To check all quotas according to our requirements from installation guide and check

    Note that it is important to keep CHANNELCNT in sysgen > fillm quota
