Question When I need new endpoints, How do I add new endpoints ?

    Hi,
I know Attunity replicate support many endpoints but some customer want new database endpoints.
I think I use ODBC or Query base CDC are very useful for this kind of request. But datatype mapping is not easy.
So I head and get information about "provider syntax". but it is v3.1 and I think a little bit different with v 5.x (latest version 5.5)
Does anyone have newer and detail documentation about "provider syntax" ?

    command getprovidersyntax:
    request arguments:
syntax_name:optional string ==> I need all and detail list of syntax_name
database_name:optional string ==> I need all and detail list of database_name

    command putobject:
    request arguments:
    task:optional string
    component_name:optional string
    object_name:optional string
    object_type:required int32
    version_description:optional string
    data:required object

    Thank you.

Replicate 3.1 is no longer support.

if you are still using 3.1 most likely that the company you work for is out of maintenance support.

or not willing to upgrade to 5.5xx

it is best that you open a support case so that Support can help you upgrade and provide what you needed.

May we assume you read and re-read the topic:

http://forums.attunity.com/forums/ot...odbc-2119.html (Configuring Replicate for a specific flavour of ODBC)

Is that were the 3.1 came from?
The method pretty much stayed the same also for 5.5

    Thanks all.
But I don't know what is correct syntax_name or database_name. if I can get output of "getprovidersyntax" , i can more easily make a new json file.
also I want to know more information about syntax and structure of "provider syntax".
