Question Error in performing CDC for Oracle Source

    Hi Experts,

We have another case where we have given all the grants mentioned in the attunity guide to the user but still are facing issues in performing CDC
    for an oracle source.

Attached is the log for the same.

    Any help would be appreciated.

your log is not complete, there are error before this message .

    00002944: 2016-12-15T02:35:43:867286 [SOURCE_CAPTURE ]E: Oracle CDC stopped.

Would need the full log for review.

    CDC Issue

    Hi Expert,

I also have similar issue. I am trying to perform only CDC from MySQL( Source) to Oracle( target). I have created tables manually on both sides and inserted same data. now when I updated data in MySQL changes are not reflecting in oracle table even though job is running fine and showing the rows updated at source also. Please suggest.

I made some update on source and getting below warning

Some changes from the source database had no impact when applied to the target database. See 'attrep_apply_exceptions' table for details.

    Thanks,
    Gaurav

go look at your target table "attrep_apply_exceptions" and see what the issue could?

could be duplicate key, or other issues.

    Actually, you don't.

The issue as reported has absolutely nothing to do with the original post.
Different source, different target, target apply error vs source reader issue.
Nothing the same, except perhaps for "I'm trying to use Replicate and have some trouble"

If you can figure it out based on Steve's suggestion to check the ERROR and STATEMENT in the attrep_apply_exception tables, then great.
If not, please do NOT continue with this thread in this forum but create a fresh topic with a descriptive subject.
And if you do that, please indicate the actual entries from "attrep_apply_exception", or a slighly redacted version.
Also indicate the Replicate version and platform (first lines in the data\logs\reptask_xxx.log file) or attach the whole log containing the error.

    Good luck!
    Hein
